General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the rt999 platform ("Platform"). The following terms used in these Terms have specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The rt999 website and all services included within it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on the Platform and is using its services.
• "Account" — The user's own registered account through which the Platform can be accessed.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money granted as part of a promotional offer that is withdrawable subject to meeting specific conditions.
• "Real Funds" — Money deposited directly by the user.

By using the rt999 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration on and use of the rt999 platform is only permitted for individuals aged 21 or above. Use of this platform is approved only for those aged 21 or above. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited. If any account is found to be in breach of this condition, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Creation Requirements

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or misleading information will be considered a violation of the Terms.

• The name, mobile number, and payment details provided during registration must all belong to the same person.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• You are personally responsible for all activity conducted from your account.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, you must inform the support team immediately.

2.3 Verification

rt999 may request relevant documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in a temporary or permanent restriction on the account.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into rt999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds (see Section 5).

3.3 Supported Methods

Note: Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Welcome Bonus & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users have the opportunity to receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳17,000.

4.2 Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per user.
• After the bonus is credited, wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from the account.
• Once a bonus is accepted, the deposited amount cannot be returned or cancelled.
• rt999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse (such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts), the relevant account may be cancelled.

Wagering Requirements

A specific wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement at rt999 is 10 times the bonus amount.

5.1 Wagering Calculation Rules

• Bets placed across different games count toward completing the wagering requirement, although some games may contribute at a lower percentage.
• Bets placed using bonus funds count toward the wagering requirement.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds may be forfeited.
• After the wagering requirement is met, winnings earned from the bonus will be withdrawable.

Gaming Rules & Conduct

6.1 Fair Play Policy

rt999 is committed to a fair play policy. All games available on the Platform are operated in a neutral and transparent manner. Any form of fraud, hacking, bot use, or gaining an advantage through artificial means is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities will be considered a violation of these Terms:

• Attempting to gain bonus or promotional benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software (bots) or any form of technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug in the Platform.
• Attempting to access or use another user's account.

VIP Program & Rewards

rt999's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier.

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's overall activity and participation on the Platform. rt999 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP cashback and other rewards. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 rt999's Rights

rt999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Operating an account with a false identity or false information.
• Suspicion of technical abuse or fraud.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Account review required during an active investigation.

8.2 User Rights

You may contact the support team at any time to request closure of your account. Available real funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned before account closure, provided the wagering requirements have been met.

Data Security & Privacy

rt999 uses SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information. The information you provide will be used solely for the purposes of delivering platform services, identity verification, and fraud prevention. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
